By accessing or using Authex at authex.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Authex provides an email authentication management platform that helps you configure and monitor DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and BIMI for your domains. We provide DNS hosting via CNAME records, report analysis, and AI-powered insights.

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may only add domains that you own or are authorized to manage
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to send spam or malicious emails
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Subscription and Payment

• Free tier is available with limited features
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The Authex service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and domains. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or reputation.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
